The King's College Commencement Events 2020

As we prepare to celebrate The King's College Class of 2020, please secure tickets for events you wish to attend. This registration page does not include tickets to the Commencement Ceremony. Please contact your graduate with questions about graduation tickets.

Due to space restrictions, please take note of invited attendees in ticket descriptions.

Graduates Department Farewell Receptions – Friday, May 1 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM

Graduates are invited to annual department-specific celebrations with faculty and alumni from their programs from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at various locations. Food is provided. All departments will come together from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the Student Union to close out the night. Snacks and beverages are provided. Graduates, please RSVP by Friday, May 1.

*HUM majors may attend both receptions.

Award Ceremony – Friday, May 8 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Location: King's City Room

Award Ceremony Livestream: Forthcoming

Graduate, staff, and faculty awards are announced at the 4th Annual Award Ceremony. Those nominated for awards are notified via email in April. Due to space restrictions, only nominees and up to two guests are invited to RSVP for tickets to the ceremony. The Ceremony is live-streamed for free, and the link will be sent to graduates and posted on social media in advance.

Parents Reception – Friday, May 8 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Location: King's Lobby and Student Union

Graduates and parents are invited to the annual Parents Reception, immediately following the Award Ceremony, to mingle with friends, faculty, and staff. Beverages and heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served. Due to space restrictions extended family and friends are not invited to this event. Graduates and parents, please RSVP by Friday, May 1.
